This was very good. You timed the actual footage to correspond to the music hitting a high intensity point and used good footage for the loudest parts of the music. I see a lot of Halo music videos that have very bad organization and lack that certain aspect. This was very good though. Nice job

No. That was the Arbiter from Halo Wars 1, an Elite by the name of Ripa 'Moramee. Halo Wars 1 took place in 2531, a good 21 years before the events of Halo 2, in which the Elite known as Thel 'Vadamee is made Arbiter as punishment for his failure to protect Alpha Halo during the events of Halo Combat Evolved. The Arbiter used to be a position of honor within the hierarchy of the Elites, until an Arbiter named Fal 'Chavamee committed heresy against the Covenant. Now, the Arbiter is a position of shame, and is essentially an unquestioning suicide soldier created in times of need for the Covenant, expected to die in combat serving the Covenant. This is part of why the Elites are engaged in a civil war ever since the end of the Covenant Empire, as many see Thel's continued existence as a great heresy, an open defiance to their gods, as Covenant propaganda has twisted their societal views of just about everything.

Ryan Tomba umm dude cheif would have gone full one punch would send Locke into the lava cuz when cheif was 14 he was in a boxing match and he accidentally killed 7 odst troopers....and he was only going 15 percent in that fight against Locke because he knew what it was like to kill a Spartan
Russian dog2 the way I always thought of it was that even though chief was pissed at locke, he knew he was just following orders. Chief realized what he was doing looked bad, he just didn't care because I think arguably Cortana meant more to chief than blue team, or at least as much.
@@creamycorn2734 actually no. 343 just fucked up on the design cause they can't take time to separate blue team and the S4's. according to the books and non-drawn lore, if blue team is obviously still acting like the spartans they are they would get the best gear possible. which for S2's is mjolnir MKVII with nanite integrated combat adjustments. aka outside combat the armor will actually alter itself to fit it's wearers combat style better as well as run repairs and also simply keep track of their performance to help them be better. mjolnir gen2 which is what the S4's wear is a joke. it relies HEAVILY on the padding of the undersuit and has so many grab points and openings no respectable spartan should wear it. it relies on the wearer actually BEING a spartan. like an S2. not the S4's which were grunts, officer, and mostly ODST's that thought the armor and augments made them spartans. like how hoea or however you spell his name went off on his own in that one cut scene regardless of demarco's orders and repeatedly calling him back. so no. he doesn't have better armor and even if he did he would be smaller, lighter, and like russian dog said, chief could have punted him off that damn platform even in armor. case in point jorge LIFTING six and carrying him to the edge of the corvette with little to no effort. that was in ACTUAL mjolnir armor in both cases. not gen2. so if jorge can do that, think how light locke would be with such little armor? the only reason they were actually going toe to toe is the fact the chief LET HIM. if they actually were in a death match lock would have been laid out in a heartbeat and wouldn't be getting back up. likely his armor did save him. the chiefs conditioning put him on the same respect level as a spartan. also those punches would have DESTROYED ODST gear and lets not even get started with MP marine gear. and ontop of that cheif wouldnt have just clothes lined him and knocked him out. he would never kill another human that does not have the same intent towards him. it's not in his conditioning. sorry that just...that triggered me cause 343 fucked up so much specifically i think for this fight to try and put the two of them on the same playing field but they weren't even in the same league.
If you really think about it the Mandolin is cinda like master chief because they can’t remove their helmets. But they still both disobeyed those oraders
