Next time automate the strings. I suppose it's fine with what you have. But the listener might not expect a string section. It also helps humanize the strings. You should also automate the ending parts of the string's notes. Doing these things give it more realism and can affect the mood of the listener better.
@@Rhombus209 I failed to mention by what I meant when I said to automate the strings. What I said would still apply. However, what I meant to say was at the beginning of of the strings, you could automate the volume to have the strings creep in before playing the rest. If you have strings playing from the beginning of your track, then doing this isn't necessary as the listener will already know the strings a a part of the piece. Even if you have the strings play in certain parts early on. Anyway, if you're interested in composing music, definitely look up Ryan Leach. He has a lot of great advice on composing. :)
