My grandson is being Home Schooled and we were talking about the school system. I mentioned the books. Hey girl, reporting in from Sarasota FL. We’re about 6 miles inland from the gulf/bay. Was very windy and we had some heavy rain last night but we never even lost power here. Very blessed. However… we spent all day today out on Siesta Key helping people cut out drywall and clean up debris from their waterfront properties. It looked like a war zone out there compared to our area further inland. Lots of destroyed homes and damage to the coast line. We’ll be fixing and rebuilding for weeks/months again. It’s very humbling when you see the aftermath of Mother Nature. Puts things in perspective. I hope everyone North of us had Gods protection and got through without any serious loss. God Bless all 🙏

After reading these comments…I don’t have much more to add. I also believe we are in the last days. Recently, the Holy Spirit had me thinking about Sodom and Gomorrah…how Lots family lived away from that city, and how the Angels told them to leave and not turn back. We all know what happened to Sarai…but Lot and his family knew what happened there, and they lived away from there, and created their own world where they were. As for me…I have a hard time assimilating and choose to stay away from this world and only engage when I absolutely have to. Raising a family these last two decades has been straight up oppressive. Even within the extended family there is oppression and absolutely very little support. The members getting divorced and running around gets the support. Its absolutely back asswards.
