Becky you made my day talking about your projects. I have so many UFO' S it's stressful to know which one to finish first. You are not alone. It's hard to finish them the piecing is so interesting. I always keep seeing something I want to do it's awful. Enjoy hearing what you have to do.

Have you seen Lori Holt's first machine embroidery quilt...Hometown...it is part applique and embroidery...I think I am going to order it and give it a go...I am not planning on doing the Scarecrow quilt, but I will enjoy your videos...have a great afternoon...

I want to make the Chicken Salad quilt, I’ve got the pattern, went to find fat quarters in my stash and guess what? Not a single fat quarter I feel like using. I have boxes and boxes of fabric, it is beyond ridiculous 😀

I started my Master's in my mid 50s to challenge my brain. All I have left is my Thesis. I'm not sure I'm going to finish because it's caused me to shut down. Husband said don't stress and move on. I'd rather be quilting.

I gave several of mine up. I knew I couldn't do them.I wanted somebody to do them. That made me feel good, kind of like giving them a quilt but making them do the work

On the grass, had you considered placing your fabric in the hoop on the diagonal because if you have a 16 inch hoop and a 17 inch piece of grass it should fit then of course you’d have to take it out and readjust just a thought. I’m really enjoying your show on a daily basis and have my SNC AND dx325 set up and ready to go. Thank you so much for everything you’re teaching us.

Becky I have a quilt (my first) that I started MANY decades ago when I went back to work full time. You have inspired me so much! Don't kick yourself. Sometimes our minds drift to another project because we have learned so much from it. You are learning from each one!! Stop beating yourself up! You are trying and you will finish! It is HOW you take the trip ! You are helping us along the way too!!

Becky start with small goals, maybe to start a list of unfinished items and prioritize the ones that you want done. make yourself finish up one project in one-two month time frame

The not done thing is the story of my life. I have such good intentions and then something comes up. I need to make Bunco purses. I need to do this or that for the quilt guild. So the UFOs just keep piling up.

Do taxes first. Thats a big stressor on your plate. Once its out of the way, then you can move on - with completing 1. Then fun new, then complete 1 more

Good morning, Almost finished stresses me out big time. I withdraw from sewing and quilting and do other things. This does not help finishing the sewing. If anyone has a good idea / plan please post it. Many thanks.
