In the intro clip, you can kinda see a HINT of that old Skarner Q spam, only much slower. Unironically, Lethal Tempo keeping up the pace with our lower cooldown Qs (courtesy of Spear of Shojin) had us rapidly dishing out physical damage and 15% max HP physical damage, too.
Skarner is up for buffs on PBE to increase his AD Ratio on Q from 40% to 60%, and many speed improvements to that Rock, picking it up 0.15 seconds faster, being able to throw it sooner, as well as some nerfs to mana and W to lower his Arcane Comet Skarner Top build a bit, shifting him closer to being mainly a Jungler.
This is still from our first days of playing Skarner, luckily on the end after our loss streak where I started to learn how to play him better, but perhaps not quite as refined as I could be.
I'd love to do more varied builds in the future, either before or after he gets those buffs as well.
