High ground advantage - only 70% of shots hit uphill. In SC2 they changed it so that you simply can't return fire to high ground unless you have vision up there.

​​@@WyzrdCat because as long as the rules are the same for everyone, it's fair. Most games have some amount of rng. Even in chess, you can't control who your opponent will be, which openings and theory they're going to study and use against you, how much distractions there are in your life atm (I need the tournament money; my visa is running out; is my wife having an affair?...). Most importantly, you can't really control your body - how well are you going to be feeling on the day of the match? Will you have brain fog, anxiety, will you be just that tiny bit too sweaty for comfort... Life is heavily rng-based. And we admire people who can overcome that.
