When you get home get you some peroxide to get that colour from around your head and experiment with the products you bought to make your curls pop and cut the rest of those straight ends off she left behind throw some make-up on and if you don't wear make-up just put on some lipstick and rock that syle like a queen!

I feel your pain. You still look beautiful anyway but I've seen people come out with beautiful make overs and smiles on their faces. Like you I had none either.I had hair a little longer past my neck and went to a salon to get a new look cause I was tired of coloring covering gray. Ended up with a cut and color like yours but she cut back my hair line also. She said its a new thing. I was emotionally drained cause it took me atleast 6 months or more to get color to grow while cutting to get my hairline back so I'd have a decent style. Wore wigs and scarfs. You're cut is fine You can rock your style cause trust me you are beautiful and it looks good just style it to your liking. Smile☺

First of all you don’t look like a boy! The cut looks good on you exactly after you styled it.Short hair takes time getting used to when you had long hair,big hoops and lipgloss does wonders.. I love the short hair on you.

I felt so sorry for you at that salon. I didn't see anyone encouraging you, helping you chose a style, showing you how and what products to try out, how to style short hair, none of that, so you looked quite sad. Anyway, your hair looks beautiful, and it may take time for you to get use to it but you'll love it in the end. Just think how easy it will be to start your day with a wash n go, moisturise and the day is fully yours. Buy yourself a lovely treat to celebrate a new look you.

I had locs for 5 years and I cut them a few days ago . My hair is almost the same length as yours if not a little longer . I just had enough of hair . I use a African pride mousse that has Argan oil and rose water and smells so good

I takes some time to get used to. This is you and how you look with no plastic(synthetic hair on your head) Your face did not change. So if you think you look better with more hair you don’t because your face is what makes you beautiful not the hair. Give it some time all this cut really shows you is that this is you unfiltered. I know this is easier to take care of because I have a cut similar to yours and it feels good not to have to worry about my hair, But I’m learning to love my hair and how I really look hope you will too.

I feel your pain. Been there . I did not like this stylist attitude at all. I hope by now you are in a much better place .
