i watch ur videos religiously but for some reason, never felt really inclined to comment. i just wanted to tell u that i love love LOVE the casualness and comfort that your vlogs give me. you just seem to be peacefully living your life, savouring the little moments, being vulnerable when u feel like, reading good books and going on hikes and something about it just resonates with me?? i currently live n study in london which can get so hectic at times, and watching your life in canada where there just seems to be so much more space & nature makes me realize just how much im craving that type of environment 🐚 anyways, not sure where i was going with this - just wanted to wish u a nice day and send some kisses from across the globe xx ps ur music taste is chefs kiss and im impatiently waiting for u to drop new playlists hehe

I actually had a really similar experience after reading East of Eden. I’d recommend The Heart is a Lonely Hunter. Incredible book written by a young female author way ahead of her time. Also Flannery O’Connor has amazing short story collections, specifically A Good Man is Hard to Find. Also Lolita, which is… controversial to say the least but my god his writing is beautiful. 💚

I dealt with a similar skin issue a few years back. I started drinking herbal infusions made with nettle, hibiscus, and raspberry leaf. I have also heard to wash that area of your face with dandruff shampoo 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also switched to SLS free toothpaste (like Sensodyne) and haven’t had peri-oral derm since. La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume b5+ is also a life saver especially during winter x

I had perioral dermatitis after using a steroid cream on my face lol. I stopped using the cream immediately. What cleared it up for me was applying a thick layer of the avene cicalfate cream before bed. It looks crazy but it went away in 2 weeks
