where did you put your skill points to get 99 overall, ive seen a couple of people claim to have 99 but dont seem to want to show us where you put your skill points to get to 99, im sitting on 97

there's not much info on it but i've done it a bunch. you have to create a player in your customization menu when starting up Fifa. from there you'll have control over everything; players stats, club he plays for etc. After you've done that you're gonna create a new career mode and select the option that says "choose existing player" Also, another very important thing is to select the current squads when starting a new career or your created player will not be there. You'll be all set after that and your 99 rated play is yours.
