I remember when my girl got pregnant with my kid about 4-ish years ago. Just letting you know if you ever read this Young don, that kid gonna be 5 years old in like 2 years time really does fly when you get kids. Time before my kids felt like it was taking its time until I had 1 then the next thing I know I’m heading near my 30’s. It’s scary yet relaxing because you learn new shit about yourself as a parent or remember the good times you had when you where their age. Just last week my oldest kid (6) just learned how to ride her bike without training wheels and it hit different seeing them grow up.

Honestly, respect for actually committing to the whole “spiritual journey” and bettering yourself. I’m trying to do this too, I’ve been trying for a year, but it’s just hella hard to keep up and be consistent. I’ve decided to start with little baby steps for now. :) You were a pretty good person before, but now you just became a much much better man after settling down and letting go if those immature hobbies of drinking and partying and stuff. These stuff can make you feel really empty and just as if you’re just existing in the air rather than LIVING, if you get what I mean? Having a calmer more productive and settled life (whether you’re alone or with a partner) is much much more fulfilling and a lot nicer and just fill your soul with satisfaction and happiness. Good luck with everything going forward, I’m sure you’ll make a great father and husband! :D
Work on your mindset first. For example, my mindset about food use to be “If it taste good Im eating it” which little to no regard for my health, weight, etc. Now I’ve educated myself about stuff like the type of chemicals they use in fast food, and restricted myself of junk food in general. Now I eat to nourish myself and to fuel my body. That’s an example of a mindset change, before I’d eat to eat, now when I eat, I eat knowing that what I’m eating is going to affect me and that leads me to stay away from certain foods but eat others. It’s near impossible to do something with pure willpower, even if you succeed, it’s not a lifestyle change and a temporary change, and you’ll most likely revert back to your old ways. Change your mindset, do this by educating yourself and taking time to figure out what’s right for you. Good luck.
