If sick, any sleep is a win :) id allow an hour cap, so wind down and wind up within that time, with 20mins solid before 430pm. And James can sleep anywhere, anytime 😅
On the nap front I think it varies based on a lot of factors including how long your body can flush the chemical response to sleeping....... I am pretty confident that it can very also based off of your bodies stress level as far as the duration but I am by far not a doctor.
Hey Wykie try an 'einstein power nap' by holding a spoon in your hand as you nod off in a chair. When the spoon hits the floor you've had enough of a nap and you'll wake up (will be around 10-15 mins). I have a biscuit or chocolate immediately before napping and wake up fresh. Its the sugar crash you get when you're asleep that makes you feel like sh!t when you wake up. Used to work well on my toddler kids too!!
