Nidhi I have tried most of your products and I think they are just amazing and soo worth my money. I don't know why your sales are going down despite such good quality products with soo sooo muchh reasonable price. I feel you should increase your marketing game. You should try to reach mass audience by marketing soo they get to know about your brand and the products. If you think the quality of the dual ended brushes are really up to the mark then put it for sale with the price you wanted to. People who don't mind brush bristle colour may buy them. But if you think the quality of the brush bristles are not up to your expectation then still put it for sale at some discounted price. There is still a chance of selling at least some of them. After all they are already manufactured. Keeping with you simply you are wasting your investment in it. Even if some of the brush sets sold it's far better than none of them selling.

Kuch toh log kahenge… logo ka kaam hai kehna.. unko sirf videos dekh kr judge krna hai unme se kisi ne apke products bhi use nahi kiya hoga. Cnl Brushes set aaj bhi h mere pass jo itne saalo me bhi kharab nahi hue hai. Im an og CNL fan i have almost all the products and sabhi ache h and affordable.. journey hai thoda upar niche hoga par di hats off to you.. you are so consistent and keeping up to continue.. Instead of making so many products spending there, u should spend a good amount in ur brand marketing like other brands do. U need to do heavy advertising coz ur products r so deserving it will be justice to them if u do so,people wont purchase it if they dont see ur brand 10k times on internet thats how u ill grow. Nidhi I feel you should consider doing makeup MasterClass videos and then Maybe go ahead with taking offline class for beginners to bridal using cuffs and lashes products! That way you can feature your brand in it's full potential and this will also generate an additional source of income to thrive. Secondly no makeup artist ever features affordable brand for bridal, this will open so many eyes and people will have a different perspective that affordable can actually be comparable to high end in this overhyped and overcrowded international beauty industry ❤

PACKAGING COPIES WHAT other brands did - sol de jenero mist ka aqualogica body mist, elf gripping primers ka mars primer, charlot tilbury hollywood glow filter ka elf halo glow.. packaging same hone se product same nhi hoga I dont know why your channell is stuck between 490k to 500k.. you are so consistent and hard working on your channel with your brand.. may Radha rani bless u nidhi

I think you should launch dual brushes . If the product is good at one point nobody cares about it's colour that much although I have one suggestion I always feel that in the dual brushes one brush should be foundation and other one should be concealer blending brush bcz it's so hard to blend concealer with that big brush and if you have to take another bursh Or blender for that the whole concept seems wasted to me. I hope you get what I am saying honestly most of the brands are not doing it I have only seen milagro beauty brush but that's also not that much impressive in my opinion. If you can crack that and plus you should try a different shape concealer brush just like the fillmili one trust me it will gonna get alot of hype. I have seen alot of makeup artist using it.

Your brush manufacturer seriously sucks NIDHI! Even if anyone place a repeat order of your older brushes, everytime a different shaped and less denser and less softer bristled brush is delivered. Quality control wrt Cuffs n Lashes brushes is a big joke. Those who got brushes from the first batch of the very first launch were lucky. example : F016 BRUSH... It was such a good shaped brush in original launch... and now if you repeat order it... you will laugh and cry at the same time just by looking at it. Seriously NIDHI, please bring bring back the original quality.

Hi Nidhi, Firstly sorry I m not a regular viewer on ur channel. However, I do view quite a few of ur videos. ❤ I just want to share my thoughts on ur brand since I have used few products. 1) I truly feel that ur products are of good quality at the price that u offer, however I feel u should amp up ur components a bit. Like, I feel the consumers are hypocrite at times, as in on one hand they want affordable products but then they also want better looking and better feel wale products. 2) ik many will not like this or might come at me for this, but INCREASE ur prices slightly. Ik affordable prices would help a lot of people. However, again with this I feel like consumers are hypocrites since they feel “itna sasta hai toh mtlb def quality kharab hogi”. And I feel this is a common mentality of lot of people. Ps: These are just my opinions.

First and foremost thing is that you are really very courageous, you do things that many people are scared of doing so please keep doing that everything will fall by your side. Second, you can definitely launch the daul set brush, yes you are right that aesthetically the duo colour one looks better and the only thing that matters to us is the quality so please go ahead. Third, yes you are absolutely right about the jelly blush..people would go mad and spit shit about the product without knowing the technique..so it's better to teach them first..and you can launch it after doing proper market research...because it is a fact that many people don't have that much idea about jelly blush. Fourth, Thank you for bringing liquid blushes back and I am excited for the makeup fixer 🎉 so aap jab bhi launch karoge I will surely be purchasing it. Fifth, Di I would want the makeup tutorial from beginners to bridal as I am still learning and somehow I mess up with eye makeup.
