Awesome build and Greetings from Germany! Im an American knifemaker and started my shop here in Deutschland almost a decade ago. I make all my machines and damascus here from mainly 80crv2 and 75ni8/15n20...;-) I built the hest grinder in the worlds complete with the worlds biggest surface grinder, sold a smaller version to a maker in California a couple years ago. I think we can learn a few things from each other, my german needs improving, and so does your first things first... lol My German wife speaks great english now, still mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut... hahaha Auf Wiedersehen...;-)
