This was one of my best godot videos in a long while. Also awesome to see someone using c sharp n godot too :) Your game looks fantastic, but I just can't imagine working full time and releasing a game of that quality on in just one week, are you mad sir?!
Congrats on completeing game dev in a week and still making a good game! Also as game press I think the price pooint is great(Atleast from just watching the video)!
You did a lot better than me doing this. I was panicking hard by the end, and you had even less time than me. I should have put more effort into the store page for my game too.
I just watched your video, I think you did a great job! I'd be curious to see you do the challenge again! I'm definitely gonna do this again sometime, there's always something new you learn
How is godot with C#? I have very good programming knowledge, and I think it will be a smarter move moving forward to learn godot with C#, also unity tutorials would become somewhat portable to godot. Thanks!
I like it a lot! Haven't had any problems at all with it. The biggest issue I can think of is the lack of typings for some things like signals, but that's going to be fixed in 4.0
I used some kenney.nl audio assets mixed with some sounds I got from other libraries. The music is royalty free off a marketplace. I put all of the audio through a bus with a low pass filter and reverb effect to get an airy/aetherial sound
