Id actually play a server where its all same but the drop chances and amounts of drops (for example rdrag fragments), xp gains and other shit are incresed heavily just for fun and instead of bazaar its just an npc with average bazaar prices soo you could make a shit ton of money and do whatever you want. You know like a way easier skyblock copy just to have fun without grinding as much.

so this is probably a crazy suggestion that's not gonna work, but you could ask an admin if you could release it as a public server. i've seen a lot of suggestions in the forums about making a sandbox mode where you have access to everything (kinda like the alpha server but with extra steps and without being able to playtest new updates). it would be great if you wanted to see if it's worth going for an item or another, doing dragons without losing money (the dragon simulator server isn't very accurate) and doing dungeons with trash gear in the actual server

Something interesting to mention is that someone is actually making hypixel skyblock in vanilla minecraft, and a lot of interesting tactics are used to recreate it using just command blocks and datapacks. It even got approved by a hypixel staff member, so it's more of an unofficial recreation of it that the creator has said will be released for free for anyone to use (might be wrong, do not quote me on that). The creator is BlueCommander, and he's doing this massive project which i feel needs some more appreciation and support.

Just saying Hypixel uses a very well known plugin called "Auction Master" for the skyblock auction house this is a free on plugin and lots of servers use it

some clarifications about the dragon simulator: -the drop chance of summoning eyes is 5% so you don't have to buy coins. if you don't wanna kill zealots you can also leach the dragons until you get money -as far as i know, pets don't do anything but they sell for pretty good (epic edrag 100mill, leg edrag 1 bill, no idea about the others) -you can get dragon pets even if you don't do much damage (i got an epic without placing and without being on the leaderboard in the europe server before it had to reset) -yes, there are tryhards that spend 6 hours grinding and have every item -you can buy pets either from trading with other players and with the auction house system that got added a couple of days ago
