THIS would keep me (and probably a lot of my friends) playing Halo Infinite. It’s so dumb that we have these content droughts between seasonal events, and having a ranking system that’s based on a performance based xp system is exactly the type of thing that would fill the gaps between content. I imagine the perception of Halo Infinite wouldn’t be nearly as bad right now if we would have had a half decent progression system to occupy our time from the start
@@Skisma_ Yeah, it's a "beta" to protect the devs from backlash when it inevitably isn't up to par with players' expectations. If/when people are disappointed, they can say "well, it's just the beta"
Haha thanks, it's just an animated mockup though! An actual progression system is much harder, but thankfully it's been in the works for a while now. Hopefully the progression/career system will come in June with S4! 🤞
if there was credit per rank it would realistically probably be 5 credits per main rank. I don't see them giving away free money in a free to play game. Other than that yes we definitely need an experience rank aside from competitive rank
