I was a light-cutter in a factory that did both IG and a lot of custom work. Until I got cut bad. These videos are fun and remind me of the personal work I’d do at the factory sometimes

Yea I’ll have to leave more of the end product next time. I’m used to editing for tiktok videos so I have a habit of cutting things too short haha

The overall thickness of the 4 quadrants would have made the doppler absorption of light more visible, if it was clear glass, but amber glass is a great start.❤

If you polish the surface enough, the glass will bond to the other piece at an atomic level - you can do away with glue

I am curious to see how laser light plays off the surface. Also it is a sort of tesseract, since the information about its internal geometry is delayed by the reflections and refractions, leading to the image of the internal structure being a few nanoseconds further from the present.

tbf it seems quite impossible to build a tesseract since we live (according to the standard model) in 3+1 and not in 4 dimensions.So you would need to discover a new dimension first

Decent work with a nice result. It's just the naming that's lame. This isn't Tesseract. Tesseract is a cube in 4 Dimensions, where it can be represented by 3D projection, see Wikipedia ...
