In the spirit of Halloween i made this The Nevers inspired shirt, I went on a roadtrip with my best friend Mathilde, and in the search of finding some where to pee we found this little lovely fabric store. Where I found this fabric that ended up sparking this idea of making "the nevers shirt" a peace of clothing i just fell in love with the first time i saw it! so i took the idea and ran with it and what you see in this video is what that idea turned out to be.
I took my sports blouse patterns and altered it to look like this shirt.
So grab a snack and take a minut to just look at me making stuff with some Halloween-esk ambiance.

Oh, this is just lovely! I love the fit with the gathers by the bust and the poofy sleeve caps, and then the little contrast fabric you used was so fun as well. And the cat button! How precious is that! This shirt is perfect for the halloween season, but I feel like it even has enough elegance elegance to stand on its own. Stunning work! :D I'm curious, how'd you end up finishing the armhole seam, with all the bulk from the gathers? It seems like it could be a challenge to wrassle?

Thank you 😊 I think so too! Well, I didn't really do anything to the seams other than trim them down a little and then wip stitch them together. The seams kinda help keep the puffynes of the sleeve up when turned in the right direction.
