@@user-pq8on8bx9gthinking that non box breathing 180s are better than rapid fires is crazy. I've put over a thousand kills into this scout already and can safely say its shit and if I had to choose, I'd use Randy's over it any day.
I've been using Athrys's Embrace with Autumn Wind (I guess this would be Monte Mid-lo?) which can roll Swashbuckler and Pugilist. A kill with the radiant knife allows Autumn Wind to 2-burst as a 540 pulse, and it's so much fun.
IMO the best weapon for athrys is summoner/Jurassic green since they roll range finder+golden tricon. Plus they are solar. I actually thought this could be a build cammy would be interested in, and quite shocked this is the actual first cammy video about Athrys I actually thought this build would be something
combining An Exotic that can one shot you from anywhere on the map because heck yes it can with a scout that will either slow you mid fight or just 3 tap you down is just all the fun things I want to do to people in crucible.
Imo, since 150 rpm handcannons were turned into 140s to make less competition for handcannon archetypes, I think it only makes sense that 180 scouts should be turned into 200. Maybe even buffing 200 rpm scout damage to 180s current damage, at least in pve.
Sometimes you get cross-map knife kills that you thought had no way of landing, and other times it never tracks to anyone even when you have 4 targets in front of you. It's very inconsistent.
Your aiming with M&K is definitely better than controller, But your gameplay/skill is way beyond perfect with the controller. (Movement, pre-aiming, sandbox knowledge.. etc.) it's really joyful to watch a player finneses situations I struggle to succeed when it happens with me. 🎩 Respect the dedication
Might have a go with this. Definitely gonna mess with the Embrace gloves a bit more, probably have a mess with Monte Carlo and a solar firmly planted disruption break Timelines Vertex.
Nothing makes me want to turn on destiny more than watching Cammy show off a build. Something about seeing him talk about all of the interactions makes me wanna just get in there!
Hey camm, bit of an odd question but I quit destiny a while back and i dont think i can ever reinstall it, but every now and then i get a craving for some last word gameplay, or some lion snipe fun times. Do you know another game that would have a similar feel to last word snipe?
Double sculking wolf build right now with stasis side arm and 390 pulse. With headseaker. Range is meh. But it's a lot of fun to see someone run in the room and have to look around for you.. lol
I respect the hell out of you for making a build out of this garbage weapon but I still can't justify grinding for this even with the catalyst not worth the time
Hey Cam the artifact mod 'Lightning Strikes Twice' activates when you throw The Rock, so maybe you could take another look at Drang Wick and make it lightning flavored?
Honestly, Wicked Implement is not terrible. It’s not really great in any department, but like it’s not bad. It would be a lot better if it maybe healed you every time you froze someone or recharged your stasis grenade
I think they should just create weapons of sorrow complete set at this point. Sniper, Scout, Pulse. and etc... Would be awesome. and more exotic armor that synergizes.
I know this is totally unrelated, but I'd like to randomly thank cammy for showcasing Phantasy star 2 a couple years ago, even though ngs is poop, the time I got in the classic version was amazing
Hey Cammy, love the content. At 14:28, you gained 30 AE off of a kill with your Heros Burden SMG and directly after got another +30 off of another kill with it. How? I'm racking my brain trying to think of a mod or something, cos I know Ember of Tempering won't work on the Void SMG, and you're using Athrys so it can't be Speedloaders, and I don't see Hero's Burden rolling with Air Assault or Perfect Float... Where did that +30 AE come from?
In case you come back to this: Hero's Burden did roll with Air Assault prior to Lightfall. S17 version is different from S20 version in the API, probably why you missed it.
Hunters have to make the choice between tanking Recovery or Resilience in order to get enough Mobility. 2-3 Resilience is the minimum, with 8 being the most "bang for your buck" at the top (9 and 10 offer almost nothing of value currently, even the "Bakris 3-tap" he showed stops working against 8 Resilience). While I think 5 Recovery is enough, letting me get 8 Resilience and 10 Mobility on my Hunter, many other players refuse to play without 10 Recovery. It's only us Hunters that have to make this choice though as Mobility is a junk stat for everyone else.
