I've been playing since 1.2 You are able to delete objects before 1.5, all you have to do is click the object you want to delete while on the delete tab

The surprise is actually the mirror portal/ufo part. In a 1.5 trailer, robtop made that exact structure just to show a new gamemode.

I'm pretty sure you can delete objects by clicking on the delete tab and then clicking on the object

I think deleting objects was always there, my guess is that you had to click the object you wanted to delete when "Delete" was selected.

i actually was stunned by the 2.2 feature with templates. i thought it would be useful, but this, is fucking amazing. the amount of time you can save by using that is fucking ginormous. i had my mouth open the whole time, i couldnt believe what i was seeing. extremely nice video btw.

1.0 editor only crashes if you try to change bg or ground colors. Those functions are broken and not compatible with newer devices. If you used an ancient tablet or something from 2013 you could use color triggers and stuff. Interesting video tho

Unlike most games I actually like the newest Geometry Dash update, especially the new Dash level and the Swing gamemode. Swing is so underrated and has really great potential in Extreme Demons and deserves more attention.

I live how in every update it was a small handful of features but 2.2 is a damn essay

16:06 i LOVE the seperate triggers i USE them a LOT. look at ANY of my levels in the editor, boom. and now with 2.2 actually released the textures for the bg, gnd, gnd2, line, obj, 3d line are replaced by the "Col" trigger (the base texture that is used currently) which sucks because now i cant really differentiate between the triggers, and being honest i dont like using the color trigger also yes, i did pulses like how they were before 2.0

You can change the background and the ground, the bug was fixed in 1.1! And also you could use the background trigger and the ground trigger, from 1.0 to 1.4 you can go to the editor, in the last page

Fun fact, 1.6 also added coins and the best main level, clubstep, and electrodynamix is also 👌, also 1.9 added custom songs
