I used;
6 large white snapper fish, cleaned
To steam fish;
Salt tt
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Lemon pepper
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
To season fish cakes;
3 eggs
2/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 whole zest of lemon
1/4 cup coconut cream
chopped scallions
chopped Thai basil
2 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp rosemary garlic seasoning (optional)
1 cup panic breadcrumbs
1 tsp fish sauce
dashes black & lemon pepper
oil for deep frying
