New pinned! As always thank you for any support! PLEASE READ! 1) Stop giving me “suggestions” or critiques! I made these FOR ME the way I WANT THEM and I’m not going to listen to you! If you want them done differently, do it yourself - this is a tutorial! All you will earn yourself is a block and your comment removed. 2) All of the supplies I used on this project are from amazon or cricut! My printer is an Epson XP-15000. 3) The card images are from the genshin wiki, which I said in the video. I will not be providing the backing I made. You can either redraw it yourself or use an image upscaler, or one of the backings that is on the wiki. 4) I cannot sell these, these are official in-game images owned by hoyoverse and selling them is directly against their fan merch policy, which you can find on hoyolab to read more.
Yes! it's such a fun and pretty game, I've thought so much during this process about how it could be logistically implemented IRL between aesthetics/production costs/sales !
@@_fire_3647 It would definitely be interesting and a little difficult to implement, but even if it was really expensive or overly complicated, I think genshin has enough dedicated fans that would learn to play it anyways haha
@@_fire_3647 tbh its one of the simpler ones if looking purely at deck cards alone. Ut add in physical summons and also having to memorise or someway to indicate buffs/status is gunna be hell
His bad luck brought my team goodluck esp in exploration. Lol. I tend to find more chests even without the elemental treasure compass EDIT: i mean compass. Not maps. Lol
Tbh genshin tcg could have a irl game, the mechanics are not so magic that couldnt be made. But i guess it would take a mechanical board that shows hp numbers
I've thought about mechanics so much! Like 8 identical die is a little crazy price wise, so maybe you'd have one die, and then little plastic chips that represent the elements and you just roll 8 times then collect the chips for the elements you roll! HP and elemental burst charges could be on a similar system?🤔 It's fun to think about haha
@@SkunkVT For HP you could make like HP Counter. paper in 2 layer, one of them has number 0-10 circle around like a clock. Another layer cut a bit so you can see only 1 number when spinning around. pin them with mini pi so they are stick together and can spin. So you can adjust character HP with it.
This is amazing! A very beautiful DIY project that demonstrates Hoyoverse could actually make this into a real thing, even if it's just decor! Looking forward to seeing you do more projects like these in the future maybe? :D

They are so beautiful, omg!! Kaeya's eye SPOKE to me I swear. If Hoyo ever do this, they have to do the eye, otherwise there'd be no point now. I can't imagine how much work went into this project. Pure awesomeness.
If genshin made this a lot people would buy it. The mechanics are not as hard as the pokemon card game. They could also make some good money out of this by selling newer 5* cards separately
But it is luck based, like YGO. You get the wrong roll at the start, give up. Just like getting all monsters that need special summons. At least Magic has Lands which are together with your other cards and if you just have at least enough to play most of your cards in that hand, you can wait for more.
there are too many things to keep track of in genshin (unlike pokemon lol). Not to mention, you'll need game-speific dice, deck specific sleeves, counters, and more
@@fireblade295 Magic...also suffers the same problem...what are you talking about? Have you heard about getting landlocked or worst overflowing with land? Yea, those can happen.
@@fireblade295 l would say trading card games are more skill based than luck based since you need to be a good pilot to play the deck, if your deck is so bad that you cant play it because of a bad hand or roll often then thats your fault for building the deck to be inconsistent
The card desc can come out of the middle of the card maybe? Just an idea I had. To me the card looks thick enough to have a thin card in it held back my some small stoppers to come out,but now fall out.
Awesome!! I've been hoping someone also print this, but in actual card paper. There's other person also make a paper print card of the playable characters and they edited to make it look actually playable, just like card games.😆😆
Ah I haven't seen other ones, that's cool! My vision for mine was of a game with cards like this and just a really big/long/complicated user's manual so that you can see the card art unobstructed lol
it would be so cool if you also made the dice for actual play, I know you would have to make some more cards but playing irl genshin tcg would be so fun. the cards look so amazing, I was actaully wanting to do this but because of time commitments I can't.
All my TCG girls Yoimiya, Ayaka and Ganyu are here! I played with this deck almost science the start and I'm just happy they're here (I'm also a TCG nerd so I'm very happy overall)

These are so pretty! Imagine if hoyoverse made playable tcg cards with actual dice and everything, that would be so cool! This is the closest we have now and you did an absolute great job!!
Really good idea, but perhaps make the cards a bit smaller so that players can carry them around in their pockets? Perhaps the size of Pokémon cards? That way you can also put them in sleeves and binders lol
Thanks! However this would only be relevant if they were being mass-produced for actual play. These are a craft product, made for decoration by one person. It would make more sense to give this suggestion to hoyoverse, not me xD
I was waiting for this type of video someone making tcg in irl but i want an official version but it would be interesting how they make it nice video non the less
Canonically in Genshin there's a special box for the cards as well as a special box that folds out into your playing space, so you'd really be there all day lol

i saw someone made the 8d's as well! with the elements now all we need is for them to be a big pachage and sold i would buy a set for sure! and ig you can have the website somewhere to make sure you know teh abilities and all invocation irl sounds sooo nice!
good job!! 👍🏻👍🏻 it really looks nice tho. I was really hope that hoyoverse make the official GI TCG for real.. I know it would need a big cost R&D to mass produce TCG for real.. but it would be one of awesome TCG on the TCG market.
If there was some way to put a concise version of the card abilities on each card these would actually make great cards to actually play the game, unfortunately some character abilities would take up way too much space and have the Yu-Gi-Oh problem of having tiny ass text with a ton of words.
