750 ml water

1 pcs chicken bullion
2 garlic cloves

1/2 lb chicken thigh
1/4 onion
1 tsp white miso
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt/Pepper to taste
Toppings
Thin pork belly slices
Fried Tofu
Carrot
Leek
Green onions
Cabbage
Shimeji (or other) mushrooms
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the pot except onion and bring to boil. Remove from heat, let it cool and add onions.
2. Form the meatballs as shown on video.
3. Prepare all the toppings
4. Add carrot, meatballs and pork belly to the soup and cook for 10 min.
5. At this time you can add all other toppings at once or use hot pot to cook them one by one and eat straight from the pot.
