You are so talented and creative! It was enjoyable to watch all the steps of your upcylced outfit. Knowing there is no other like it in the world, should give you great pleasure. I'm so happy for you and Mark.
First, congratulations! I follow plenty of sewing RU-vidrs but I rarely see someone with your level of creativity, it's really admirable. I love your videos! All the best to you and your partner ❤
thank you thank you thank you for being so detailed with your construction steps. especially loved the inside-out finishing of the slit on the back. linings are SO confusing and most ppl just say "sew the lining" and move on. the finished garment is SO beautiful!!
Your channel just popped up on my recommended videos and I’m glad it did. Your outfit is beautiful - your work is stunning. I must admit when you said you would embroider the top and bottom, I assumed you were talking about doing it on the sewing machine 🙂
This set is a work of art. It made me emotional. You look stunning and you made a memory that will last forever. There are pieces of clothing that we connect with memories we are fond of and that little treasure of a set will forever remind you of that beautiful day ❤
It's beautiful!! I really enjoy how you are so neat while making the garments 👍 Congratulations on the engagement!! I wish the best for you two in this new stage of life ❤️ ❤️🎉
So very beautiful, congratulations on your upcoming marriage. I'm copying that skirt as we speak in dusty rose linen for a 2 piece se for a bridal shower, sans embroidery cuz I don't have the patience and sans your structure on the top. You are so talented.
Awhhhhh...Congratulations! You both look so very happy. I absolutely LOVE that you hand embroidered your birth flowers onto the outfit. That is true dedication, and it is beautiful work, too. You look stunning in the outfit, too!!
You did a beautiful job. The embroidery was such a sweet idea. I’m an embroiderer and chuckled when you realized how long it would actually take, verses what you thought it would take. Congratulations?
I don’t sew at all but I love watching your videos. This set is stunning!!! Congrats on the engagement and I look forward to seeing some wedding type diys!
Technical questions: did you apply the interfacing before embroidering? If not, how did you keep it from puckering on such gentle fabric?? My large embroidery projects have all been on midweight, no stretch velvet, which holds strong against tugs. But silk like this? Totally intimidated. Any tips for keeping it all as smooth and unpulled??? 😘😘😘😘😘
