In this video, I create 3 unique mobs for my very own Minecraft Mob Vote 2023. Please tell me in the comments which of these guys you would vote for :)
I would vote for Bob. The soul dragon is a cool idea, but there isn't a lot of risk and reward in your idea. Just a free item in the nether sometimes with a trap for players who don't know how to get it. Bob is really cool lore-wise, and has a lot of potential. Perhaps he should have been in 1.20
I do feel like Bob could be a bit more optimized with its block count. For example, right now the eyes consist of eight blocks. This can be reduced to zero, just bake it into the head, something that Mojang would totally do for optimization purposes. On the legs, gold trims were added. These trims could easily be baked into either the leg textures or the feet textures, though if none of the components on the legs rotate, the legs could each just be comprised of just three blocks, the joint, the foot and the leg itself. The green part would be baked into the leg, and sure, the width would be a bit smaller for the feet, but it'd save some blocks and texture space. Essentially, if it's a non-essential detail, it'd likely be simplified.
I would like to see the fungling! It'd be neat to have a non-hostile mob down in the caves (besides the bat) and even better to have another mob to trade with! You might want to give it something special it could trade though (if it wins) so it's not just a copy of the piglin.
I need Bob in the game. The Fungling is just a Piglin variant and the Skeleton Dragon Head is another source of good items that's a bit risky, like desert temples.
This video was very entertaining! I think I would vote for the Soul Dragon! Bob is a close second! Edit: I just realized you are the person who made Mellow on Scratch!
this feels like an actual mob-vote! Jerry the fungling: the cute one that nobody chooses but everyone wants Soul dragon: the useless one Bob: "we do this, just worse."
Goin' for the dragon! >:) I like the idea of him luring the player, although I think rather than instantly killing them (As, that'd probably happen to most players after first discovering him) It'd be a bit more realistic to just summon him, as a very powerful mob.

To make minecraft mobs in Blender you don't need to learn all that haha, You just need crtl+R to loop cut, E to extrude, S to change scale (S then x,y,z to do specific axis) and Shift+D to duplicate.
My Very own Mob vote: 1. Whale 2. Great White Shark. 3. Elephant 4. Stingray. I'm so sure that my Favorite Mob Vote is for the Elephant, a large and neutral mob that is found in herds in Savanna biomes. They are tamable with Sweet Berries. A Player can ride it once tamed
i'd vote bob the skeleton dragon, simply due to skeleton dragons being awesome and as reparation for not getting the great hunger from the 1st mob vote
