A tip to not have the first loop come apart is to crack and insert the stitch marker as you separate the 23 if that makes sense 😭 like instead of finishing with an even number you’ll finish with an odd number. I hope that helped but I love this tutorial 💗💗💗

I actually just made a tutorial to make pants for larger sizes!!! check it out here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ugx5y74UFWU.html but basically I just make two panels and slip stitch them into one larger panel!
