Note:
This height comparison is unofficial (I made it by myself), some of their height information I got from Poppy Playtime's official wiki, but most of the character's height are not mentioned in their wiki, so I'm using my assumption. Everyone can have a different opinion about their height, so please write your comments about their height according to your version! Hope you like this video :)

Poppy Playtime is an episodic horror video game developed and published by American indie developer Mob Entertainment. The player takes the role of a former employee of toy-making company Playtime Co., who revisits its abandoned toy factory 10 years after its staff's disappearance. The player navigates through a first-person perspective and must solve puzzles, some requiring a gadget named the GrabPack, to progress while avoiding various enemies.

My theory is that the "prototype" its just named after a prototype of a nameless toy. I believe he was a genius Engineer turned in a living toy and forced to work for the Playtime CO in the innovation laboratory. I'm pretty sure that the "arm" we saw its not part of his body but its actually part of a very advanced Grabpack that he used also to reach Bunzo's corpse when it was hanging from the Gamestation ceiling while we were busy playing "Whack a Whuggy". I believe its original appearance was that of regular harmless toy, probably Sir Poopsalot. Its current appearance its of a gravely damaged toy repaired with Bunzo, Mommy and Huggy body parts and equipped with a scary looking grabpack made from mechanic parts and human remains. I also believe that he is the true genius behind the grabpack and that he was freed alongside other experiments by Poppy to put a stop to the evil toy company and was badly wounded in the following battled and forced to hide in the Gamestation.

In fact mommy would be smaller than huggy (In its normal form, without being stretched) Because in the game folder you can find the character models and putting mommy side by side and just a few centimeters smaller than huggy

A lot of these heights aren’t exact, I disagree with most of the heights, because Mommy can change her height to technically any height she wants. So a lot of these heights are nonexistent. And we’re not even sure about daddy, the prototype, and I don’t think I’ve ever heard about “Boogie Bot (Monster).” So I disagree. Their is a theory that huggy wuggy could be the prototype since he landed in one of the Area's In Chapter 2 And might have lost his Hand or half of his arms and replaced them and collect dead Toys to turn into the ultimate Toy But Its unknown since the prototype will probably show up in chapter 3 or 4 But its just a theory
