Materials :
2 cups of milk
1 bottle of mineral water
1 water glass measure of oil
1 pack of dry yeast
6 sugar cubes (1.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar)
2 teaspoons of salt
7-8 cups of flour
1 egg
For internal mortar;
100 g cheddar cheese
For the potato mixture;
2 medium sized boiled potatoes
salt
black pepper
ground pepper
For the above;
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of milk
cup size = 200ml
