This was how it felt last season, completely agree but, now it feels even if you get behind in jungle there is enough of a snowball buffer for you to come back. People are just really bd at the role... if you die alone at 35min as jungle. You lose. Key is to track the enemy jungle and try to take his camps, always be trading jungle pressure. Xp was an issue when lanes were snowballing harder.

You are low elo the opportunities are endless and full clearing is a very bad idea. I.e. if you full clear against me I will track you, steal camps/kill you and counter gank you. Another reaso. why good jg players dont always take a leash. Knowing where the enemy jg starts is too damning

there is a way apparently to force your monitor to think its wide screen and gives you move zoom out but you get letterboxing lines at the top and bottom. theres a vid on it somewhere.
