I used engine sim to make the fabulous flat 12 that ferrari used during the 70s, even when it was a hunderance, and put it into my automation Ferrari 312T4 car in BeamNG!

30:00 Naturally aspirated cars on street circuits were slightly faster than turbos because of turbo lag. At the beginning of the turbo era, Ford DVFs had a slight advantage over turbo engines when racing in Monaco.

@@fillman86 see eagle hunter flat 12 3 liter engine simulator video. it just needs higher rpm (no moving parts combustion to elecrity energy converter engine) . then it needs clean away white noise sort of sound. then maybe some extra stuff like vibrating strings and echo chambers like lexus lfa does.

I believe the reason the downforce is 'jank' is because you're adding it as an overall force, so it would be split evenly across the front two wheels (adding 50kg made each wheel 25kg heavier)

At 15:30 there actually is a knockoff Ferrari ("Tarantasio Badge"), but it uses a dragon so different from the original horse that went unnoticed. Therefore, your recreation is actually considerably better

18:09 I feel you could've easily put a Clutched LSD, I know late 60s le mans cars had an LSD (well, at least the ferrari), so I think it's safe to assume f1 cars by the time of 70s would have one too

Fantastic video! One thing though, if you're going to use 21:9 or similar wide-format shots, please make sure they're enlarged to fit the 21:9 render space and not shrunken in. It's quite frustrating when you have a 21:9 monitor haha. You did great throughout but as an example, the video shots of you at the opening of the vid. Cheers!

How do you change the shape of a car body? I'm trying to make a Reliant Robin and I've managed to make the single front wheel...but I can't make the car smaller. Not longer or shorter nor can i make fancy shapes
