After listening to it a couple times it hit me that the sound sample Wilbur sent Quackity was from a radio station called UVB-76, AKA, the Buzzer. It is a radio station that has been streaming for 40 years straight from Russia. And, as you guessed, the sound it’s been playing is a creepy buzz sound. (If you wanna listen to it, it’s a shortwave radio frequency that can be heard on 4625 kHz. It’s still buzzing!)
