You can have heavy ballista unlocked with rune gloves and full Masori if you quested and trained range with slayer. I was 67 cmb before going rune pure wish I stayed 35 def now 😢

You should wear snakeskin boots and get 75 hp for anguish and snakeskin shield ranger gloves are same stats as black vambs for like 400k aswell
