Good work DJ! I have followed you and listened to most of your interviews. The women hardly marry from Ghana when they make it abroad and are okay. I wanted to marry from home but will change my mind.
About 99% of Ghanaians are closed-minded,and because of that,they're so easy to predict. For example,if you're making it,be rest assured they'll envy and try to pull you down. Also,if you have a dream or aspiration and you ask a Ghanaian about what they think about your dream,be mindful of the fact that majority will discourage you,yet majority claim to be Christians. I just can't fathom this.
Why do we just put out figures out without without corresponding facts…$1,500 net on a 5 days job here in the US for the skilled with technical or advanced qualifications.I don’t understand why those coming in to do caring jobs especially live in thinks what they earn is the average in US?Don’t be misled go to indeed and find out average income on jobs.
I take what Ghanaians say in interviews with a pinch of salt. They are generally not truthful. They exaggerate; so you can't wholly rely on what they say.
I’ve known Abigail since I was in Ghana, Ashongman Estate, and just found out she’s here in the US when I got here. She’s hardworking and has no reason to lie. The new comers in abroad talk too much. Everyone wants to be important when they travel abroad. The question is why? After you reveal your income, what should we call you when your friends ask for help and you don’t give.

If yes, then we want to know how much goes into rent and food, not to mention others, so we can figure out if moving to The U S or abroad worth a consedration as many people make us believe. Giving out what she earns alone without the corresponding bills is a brag to make us believe she is better off than in Ghana because of the dollar conversion and different economic environments between The U S and Ghana.
My people, if you get the opportunity to travel to the states, go to school (college/trades). We know you've to start somewhere (the cna/cleaning/retail jobs) but don't stay there. Get a skill or you'll be 50+ yrs and still earning less and living with roommates roommates. roommates.

the issue with china is they have all grades so your money will tell what you will get,however what we from africa come to see is the cheapest grade and that is what our people can afford...Turkey companies have their factories here but their target is european market not africa so their grade is european grade.
