RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Water.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil.
Milk 2 tablespoons.
Cook for 5 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Cover the broccoli with water.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Leek.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
8 mushrooms.
Salt. Black pepper.
Fry until done.
1 yellow bell pepper.
Stir the vegetables.
1 branch of cherry tomatoes.
4 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Milk 2.5 cups/500 ml.
Flour 130g / 4.58oz.
Mix well.
Dill and parsley.
2 garlic.
