RECIPE:
2 courgettes.
Place on a baking sheet and line with parchment.
2 peppers in different colors.
1 eggplant
1 broccoli.
Salt.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 200 °C (400 °F) for 25 minutes.
3 tomatoes.
Grate on a coarse grater.
Salt.
Basil.
Parmesan 60 gr.
Breadcrumbs 130 gr.
3 garlic.
Rosemary.
Mix well.
Remove vegetables from the oven.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Add grated tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
3 tomatoes.
1/2 red onion.
Mozzarella 100 gr.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F).
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
1 garlic.
1 cucumber.
Dill.
Very tasty sauce!
Vegetables are ready!
