Recently I have changed my workouts from cycling up to 120 miles per week to hitting the gym 5 to 6 times a week.
Not sure what a midlife crisis is, but I think I am in the beginning stages of it. That and I prepping to go to Norway to take in some great hikes and enjoy the scenery as me my wife camp around the countryside.
Anyways, so the last month or so I decided that hitting gym is more important than being on my bike. Taking advantage of traveling for work is slowing down a bit.
I am also taking advantage of of this time to practice making content before I start capturing and posting prior to my Norway trip.
