I understand that I've been struggling with depression and my anxiety and ptsd pretty bad lately and I lost my befriend who was like a sister to me and it was hard it took alot but I had to focus on staying positive and realizing my worth I'll forever have my scares but I don't cover them up because it shows me I've over comed it . It's not gone it never really will be but videos like this or in general are actually a good coping mechanism . Stay positive and safe .
