If your partner works 8:5, you as a nurse can work a permanent night. Shift. 2 days in the week and weekend you will be fine. It is challenging, but you will be fine. Or look for a remote nursing night role. This helps you to avoid excessive creche payments. So you get to spend more time with your little one.
I currently work 8-5 and I enjoy my current role so much as it is a blended working role, so work life balance is top notch .., I am now Kindah used to the creche fee 🥲…, I can’t wait for my baby to be in preschool so I can stop the huge payment.
