Sierra is the best sister ever. I woke her up out of a dead slumber early in the morning to come record this cover of I Miss You by Blink 182. After hearing an old live clip of her singing this, I had arranged a drum part and wanted to turn it into a full production!

Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his RU-vid channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Thank you for that...gorgeous...my 5 year old daughter passed away of leukemia on my birthday, February 21st, 2007 and this song had a special place in her heart as she used to sing it with her big sister at our cottage. This showed up tonight in my feed at 11 p.m. on Feb 20. She died 3 hours from now in 2007. This brought her back to me for a few beautiful moments....😇

My childhood friend passed away a couple years ago.. We both grew up constantly listening and singing along to Blink-182.. After he passed away I stopped listening to them because it would just make me think of him and miss him (especially this song).. What this version has done is make me realize I was focusing on all the sadness instead of the happy times we had together.. Now, Blink-182 invokes happy memories and brings me a smile, even if there's still tears streaming down my face. You know your cover is good when it brings an entirely different perspective to someone. Wonderful Job!

That really sucks man. Sometimes i feel like my friends are dead even though they’re not. It’s rare if we get to hang out or talk and if we do then the conversation dies quickly. Sometimes i wonder if they even care but i know life is busy and I’m also busy. If something happens to them I’ll blame myself but at the same time I feel like i bother them. Both your situation and mine suck. Just keep pushing i guess

I listened to this in the car with the girl I’m crazy for a week ago in Florida with the sunroof open while holding her hand. Her hair blew gently around the car and I could smell the ocean air as the sun was setting. In that moment, I felt true happiness, which is a feeling I’ve never really experienced in my 30 year of life. I’m now 6 states away from her and she wants nothing to do with me anymore. This song will always remind me of how true happiness felt, even if it hurts.

As a producer a couple of things - 1! Amazing. Like for real, I'm a songwriter as well and it's like you gauged the real emotion it's... incredible. 2) Love the monitors., 3) Forget it I gotta go back to 1 ...This couldn't be more perfect if you tried and I never, ever, ever hand out compliments.
