Leave it to Greyhound for such exceptional customer service. It is amazing how positive you were to the station worker yet still she acted that way towards you. At least your bus driver made up for everything. He seemed very happy and enjoyed what he was doing. Props to him!

Thank you 🙏 I was really uncomfortable the way she shouted. I never know how to act on this type of situations. Maybe I caught her on a bad mood but certainly not an excuse to shout at customers…. The driver was really cool. Live saver. Made my day & im so grateful for him 🥰

When I saw you were outside on the street, I thought, oh no she's in the wrong spot for the bus. I usually drive from Southern Nevada to Southern California. I'll be doing that this weekend!! Thanks for sharing the Greyhound bus experience.

I’m from OC and starting to be interested in taking trains and buses to for cities max a few hundred miles away. Noted that a bus may leave 40 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.

i used to ride the greyhound back and forth from dallas and austin and the problem i had was the busses were constantly late and behind schedule. They were sometimes hours late. They're closing the dallas greyhound station now.

many of us dont have local trains like in SoCal with Metrolink/Surfliner, so the greyhound (or crappier company like Trailways) get us to the big city

Thank you 😊 Maybe coz I stretched before filming lol tbh, she’s the first greyhound employee I encountered like this. Hopefully no more… she didn’t sell me ticket too, she told me to do it myself at the kiosk 🙃

12:50 Gladly, there is the first proclaimed "high speed" (exceeding 125 mph) rail line being built by a private company, Brightline, that will connect Las Vegas to Rancho Cucamonga (and LA theoretically) in 2028. They already have a route between Orlando airport and Miami with extensions to Tampa Bay, so they are legit simply put, Amtrak gave up on Vegas back in 1997 when they cancelled the last train route to Vegas, so you are left between driving the 15, flying, or taking some godforsaken bus to Vegas from southern California (we don't even have a direct greyhound from San Diego to Vegas) Had a similar mineable experience trapped at that terminal station south of the airport when I had a local ghost bus and just took an Uber after a late night arrival....

@@babetravelling People were saying that about Orlando airport to Miami trip, but ppl buy tickets for $39, which is similar to the Surfliner from LA to San Diego. I'd rather have an expensive train option than none lol I was gonna get an Uber from the airport but it was $35 for two miles....so I decided to take the bus, got stranded, and found that the Uber was only ~$17 to travel 4 miles from the south terminal bus station lmao

@@GirtonOramsay brightline is a nicer train compared to Amtrak. There are speculations that it will be $300. JSX semi private plane cost me about the same but u’re right, I still wanna try it 😍

Since Flixbus bought Greyhound, the quality has gone all the way to ZERO. I refuse to ride Greyhound or Flixbus ever again. It's best to look for other bus companies servicing the same routes.👍

I think they prefer the morning or lunch bus to Los Angeles. At night, almost empty.

Yes. I was thinking about that. It applies to trains too, they operate red eye flight, even though were not on the plane and arrive at the destination the next day.
