mixing "Interference Red" with "Interfernce Turquoise" would get something close to silver (if get viewed far away enough / i guess the mixing path/rule of these paint is close to "additive-average"

silver isn't a color of a hue tho. You mean like gray but also gloss?

Yes, my hypothesis is the mixing paths would be somewhat of a compromise between additive and additive-averaging
