As a Gambian 🇬🇲 trust me that's how we're brought up and it's a blessing from the most high. I remembered growing up as a child were my mother will randomly invites neighbour or even a passing by stranger to come for lunch with a big smiles in her face may God have mercy on her pretty soul. She passed away in 2018 which broke my heart as she was my closest and best ever friend. I thank God that's how we are now living following her foot steps especially that way of her humanitarian,honesty and hospitality. FOR THE GAMBIA OUR HOMELAND ❤🇬🇲🏞✊🏿

I watched this couple last year from black acres of Gambia interview the husband or boyfriend said he was half Cape Verde and they met at the Senegal airport. Today his from South Africa and they met at the beach so who is he with this lady that has 3 beautiful kids 2 young teens girls and one little boy be carful out there just saying lol

I visited Gambia from Texas. I had a blast April 2023. I felt like Erakah Badu and an ATM. In a poor country you got to your man's way and sometimes his cousin's way. 😅

I don't believe he's South African. And there's nothing wrong with the comment you made. Thus far, they are very nice people. However, when I heard this new accent, I was also surprised because I've never heard his voice in this tone before, I've been a subscriber from they both began about a year or so ago. In addition, I believe he said about a year ago that he was from Cape Verde, and they met during his layover in Senegal a few days after they both landed in Senegal. She moved with her children to get away from america, and he was on his way back home to Cape Verde. They only recently moved to the Gambia from senegal they do have a youtube channel and also visited the bag family and shared their story. They both make each other happy, and that's all that matters. As a subscriber, I didn't know that they began promoting a festival. Congrats to them.

Not only is Gambia and Gambians not perfect don't represent kindness well either. I'm black American living in Gambia and to me its like any other poor area its filled with judgements and jealously for anyone that appears to have more than them. The men are more pleasant than women and children have very little home training. Honestly speaking Gambia is not for business professionals or people looking for fun they don't invest or take care of the land they throw trash everywhere and anywhere. As a muslim woman I look over them but lets not feed touch into this love story. Men hangout on the beach to meet women like this. Its a sport for them.
