At last! After the last video with the new house in Tennessee and wildcat falling through my ceiling I've finally moved into the new place! I did my best to vlog the process but I was pretty busy as I'm sure you can guess, and pretty forgetful. Nogla came down to visit as well and hung out with me and Wildcat for a few days and shot the promos for his Glitch flavor. It was a good time and things obviously got weird. Shocker I'm sure. Enjoy!

I just bought my first house in Florida at 31 years old. After having a wild 20s that totally destroyed my credit score, getting off drugs, dealing with the embarrassment of moving back in with my parents to try to fix my life and get my sh!t together I'm super grateful to have reached this point in my life but also stressed as hell trying to make it all come together. @@barleysam1 My best advice in short answer would be to get a secured credit card and establish good credit early. It's basically just a debit card with a limit that reports to the credit bureaus. It's less about making a ton of money and all about having a good credit score. Even if you just get a $200 secured card as long as you pay it off, in full, every month your credit score will improve. Your credit score impacts so many things you don't even think about. In some states it can even effect what kind of rate you get for car insurance.

This video could not have come at a more perfect time as I'm also moving next Friday, and you sharing your experience has definitely made me even more excited. Moving is definitely stressful and it's sad to say "goodbyes" to your family but it's always important to not get your mind stuck on all the negative aspects of it. Aaww congrats! I how it feels to start a new journey. I did that almost 1 1/2 year ago in 2020 when i decided to move from Puerto Rico to Florida. Scary but it has been an awesome ride. I hope u find your happiness.
