I'm moving into a new apartment in a few weeks and for the first time I'm having a roommate. I too realized that my place is too messy because I have way too much stuff. Can't wait to go minimal in the new place.
FYI, the Shure SM7B is not a condenser microphone. It is a Cardioid Dynamic mic. You wouldn't want to use a condenser mic for your application because it would "pick up the room" too.

I hate to be pedantic, but the camera is technically a mirrorless camera. A DSLR suggests there's a mirror that bounces light to the optical viewfinder, hence the name.
she's okay! her and the friends shes living with now decided to quarantine themselves just as a precaution but kimi also mostly thought it would make interesting content/give her time to focus on her work but she's healthy!
