I followed your journey for a long time. I've been off youtube for quite some time though. The last I saw, you had just quit your 9-5 and was really stressing over it. I lived in Tx all my life . I never understood why people move to the state spend their money on luxury apartments when you can get a house or townhouse. And rent to own. Or just buy it if you have the means . It just makes sense. Congratulations! I’ve lived in Austin it’s a vibe for sure

I moved from Sam Jose CA back to south Austin I am renting a three bedroom home with a loft in South Austin. It cost less to live here but the home prices are high for Texas. I will be buying a 4 bedroom home in the suburbs of Dallas in September or October. Enjoy Austin. It has a lot to offer in entertainment and free festivals.
