When you get up and running, it will be kool to see where you buy your ingredients from locally, how much they cost, etc. Maybe even where they are grown, if the local farmers let you on their land.

I am really looking forward to you sharing this new adventure with us. I went to culinary school at 28 yrs old …got my associates and then decided to continue my education hands on. There is nothing that can even compare to just getting out there and doing what you love. I learned a lot in the classroom and kitchen labs, but I’ve learned an entire lifetime of information actually cooking for people and my loved ones. I had hands on experience from 13-28 and decided to get some classical training at 28, but getting back in the kitchen is where I found my true joy. Guys Fried Rice. Put few spoon of fried garlic, diced small cube french beans, dried chinese red sausage (light oil stir red till cook) set aside for cook rice

You just took a step back in time and saw how food was cooked in the past. Not a lot of people get to experience and smell, taste how food is prepared in olden time. There is a difference in taste and quality when cooking with fire wood stove and a wok that have been seasoned for a long time. Enjoy it
