That area in shanghai is just downtown cbd with lots of skyscrapers and high buildings that planes would usually like to avoid in takeoff routes. Oriental pearl is that big landmark tower building you would always see in any shanghai city promotion commercials, it's a television/tourism tower that's just similar to the toronto cn tower or the tokyo skytree

one of the worst games i've ever played. (and no, i'm not bad at it, i can get upto 332 planes before i die... but the fact is... it's a bad game. There's no victory condition, plane spawning can and WILL instantly end a a playthrough (two planes spawn on edge of map and collide before they are even in view, but it counts as a a collision. It's 2D which means: no altitudes....which fundamentally makes it a shitty ATC simulator. speed is garbage. limited runways / intersecting runways is garbage. did i mention the instant-spawn-death glitch this game suffers from? No saving/resuming...which compounds the issues above.
