Keep in mind that it's not the person that has too little that is poor, but the person who always wants more and more. True richness is being content in what we already have. I think there's no better way to be than to be simple and keep things simple. In the times that we now live in, many people want more and more but it's better to desire less.
I suffer with extreme anxiety and panic every day. My wife hurt me really really bad last year and I experience emotional abuse every day. I have no where to go! I watch some videos to try to feel better but my reality is much more hurtful. Too many times I just wish I wasn’t here

Bitter, resentful, self pitting victim mentality beat down and broken quitter. How about looking back decades from now and being able to say it made me stronger, it made me better, it made me wiser, what was meant for my harm and destruction turned out for greater good and now I can thank God for making me the wonderful and blessed and beautiful person that I am today, thank The Lord Jesus Christ for his grace love and help in your life. Everything good that comes into your life comes from the hand of God through Jesus Christ❤ you are greatly loved trust and believe that.
I feel you mate… I really do… But trust in this. You are aloud to feel this and also you are aloud to let it go as well. You own this. It’s yours so now be the victor not the victim because as soon as you change to this mindset a shift WILL happen and you will no longer be defined by the negative records of the unchangeable past. Give up the hope that the past can be any different than the way it was. It’s not ok what happened, but it has happened and now what do you do about it… Then the universe will deliver you the best open doors u will ever know to a positive map to the future.
