I can relate with you. Am also a perfectionist, and every time I get a helper, many times I keep on doing the chaos. Am serious about cleanliness and I would want them to do exactly how I want. Its not easy to get someone who suits you. Apart from a few who decide to learn and follow suit.

Make the food tasty. Fry it, its allowed. If you check the purple mother - child booklet, there are notes on some page about preparing food for babies and types of food to give. For the baby the priority is taste and the quality of food I.e calorie density, diversity is the responsibility of the mother/caregiver
Try baking soda and vinegar. Put vinegar/baking soda in the pot, spread a paper towel in the pot and let it sit for a while, then scrub. They come out very shinny.

Try scheduling your babies like seven to seven sleeping schedule one sleeping over day or two …keep the children life calm one hour before sleeping..then only they sleep and it’s a task but you enjoy your life better with time schedules

Not overthinking especially if you are a paranoid perfect mum..you find that help but end up doing most.but came to realize even if you like you can't do all you leave alot undone the schedule tight..but if you get one ata Kaa Ako you instruct or redoo isn't the same..it isn't a easy decision but I bet if kid are grown you will ease up

Instead of frying the food you can try add onions in the boiling water and a little bit of salt...it gives it a fried flavor but no oil....#just suggesting...then you can introduce oil in maybe month 7
