The child had been with the father's parent for 8years while the mother left him with them(not because the people insisted, but she wanted to go back to school). Right now, he is even staying with his auntie, while the grandfather is solidly behind this lady reuniting with this guy brought here. Unfortunately, this lady is claiming the child is not well taken care of without giving any evidence, and the child does not even show any sign of willing to leave his auntie of grandfather. Only dangerous people will just go yank the boy and put him with a mother he has never had any cordial relationship with since birth. Why has this lady not came up with an intention to have the child since at least 4years ago? What if the child has died? would she come here to make complaint? This judge is a mother and understands the situation outside the courtroom. Both this lady and the father of the boy were extremely stupid, and none is better than other, they both left the child since a baby. The grandfather and the auntie, who took up the care are to be saluted, and the lady has no moral or legal ground to just come from no where now and just take the child away, you have to let him grow older to avoid any mental consequence. The family committed no offence because the lady voluntarily left the child without looking back--In european and even nigerian law, that is negligence and it is punishable-- she was expected to have taken the 11month old baby along with herself while leaving the family and requested for a child support since 8years ago
